Rosacea & Gorged Blood Vessels in Face

I have been using Demodex products for a year & a half. While my breakouts have never come back, I still have the ugly veiny lines on my face. Because of that my complexion is still ruddy & I want to know how long it nornally takes for the engorged blood vessels to go away, or is surgery the only way? I use the shampoo everyday, the body wash everyday, the fumalating gel twice daily, & the XFML cream twice daily b/c I found the ZZ cream to be too harsh on my skin. Am I doing something wrong? Will these ugly blood vessels fade with natural treatment or is it too late that surgery is necessary to get rid of them? Please someone tell me b/c those blood vessels are there for a reason and if I don't have to have them surgically removed, I really need to know now. Thank you to anyone who can help!
