Beer?

Would abstaining from alcohol help the demodex creams work better? I like to have 2 beers or so in the evening but I'm not sure if its making it harder for the creams to work.

I stopped my glass of red wine for one month as an experiment and still had the same symtoms.

So back to candlelight and red wine for me.

Two beers will not make a bid difference, enjoy it.................

drinking a lot like an alcoholic is a other story, that is good for nothing.

How about those who like to wind down in the evening with something else?

I'm not being judgemental of anyone nor am I looking for anyone to judge me. I dislike alcohol's effects and consider it to be the one of the two that should be thought of as dangerous and I like to sometimes have a milky beverage containing marijuana in the evening.
