weird zhong zhou

i got a new jar of zhong zhou made on 01-01. it is really hard like it has been compressed a lot. once i move it around in my fingers it feels smooth and liquidy like the normal one but not at first. is something wrong with it? should i continue using it?

There can be some difference in the thickness (don't know the right word) but this has nothing to do with the quality, also temperature has a big influence, cold makes it much harder, heat makes it almost liquid, that is why it becomes more liquid between your fingers so don't worry about this, every new batch is truly tested before supplied so the quality is guarantied.
