Skin complexion/oiliness improved still breaking out

Post by briancl »

Hey everyone,

Currently using the ZZ cream and Xin cream. However, I am using a salicylic acid/sulfur soap at night followed by benzoyl peroxide soap at night. I am on about week 2 and my skin complexion is improving a ton, less greasiness and oiliness. However, I notice I am still getting breakouts all over my chin/cheek area. Is this part of die off? Are there any foods I should be removing from my diet?

Thank you,
Brian

Hello

How long are you using the ointment for now?

Been approx 2 weeks. I noticed I have these tiny black specks in my facial hair area. When I squeeze a tiny little black speck will come out, I used to think it was facial hair, but it is not. It isn't blackheads, because I have those too. Is this demodex?

The first weeks (till some months) it is normal that you get this breakouts,
it is indeed because of the mites dying of.
According to us, there is no need to avoid any foods.
Many people are reporting those black specs, don't think it has
anything to do with demodex mites though, I have them myself also sometimes,
I think it is more a internal bacterial thing.
