hey guys, ive read that bathing in epson salts and adding hydrogen peroxide to the bath can also kill these mites. How much is the question, ive read a post that tells you how much to add...now cant find it. arrggg
Anyway, its just something to add to our regime to keep these bas..... away! tamara

Well here I am posting again. I had a break out almost a week ago, I now feel it must of been more mites dying off because now my skin looks improved and clear. The redness is better too, crossing my fingers this continues. I am really feeling excited, but dont want to jink myself. tamara

cryztka thanks for the info there. I normally do use the oil daily 3-6-9. Lately have not thourgh. The break out is a bit better today, but my cheeks seem redder??? Oh well Nice to hear you though about the 4 months, certainly reassuring from where im sitting lol tamaara
