Hi Annabellab All of those micro dermabrasions and the acid peel may just irritate your facial skin. Perhaps ease up on these for a while and see how things go with the Metro pills and anti-mite cream. I couldn't really understand the report you posted. Did it mean that you have MORE Demodex Mites t...

I'm not certain yet TH. I have definitely had a reduction in redness but I think I owe that to red light therapy at home. Right now, I think the ZZ helps me with p&p reduction and the red lights with other Rosacea issues. That is, redness, flushing, burning, stinging, sensitivity of the face in ...

Hi Tamara

I would say that I don't flush as much as I used to and as I have mentioned, the p&p breakouts are much less.

I'm really happy that I decided to finally try the ZZ ointment. Fingers crossed it continues.

Hi Tamara I'm at 2 1/2 months (10 weeks) now and things have finally settled down for me. Certainly improving - touch wood! :) I went through horror p&p breakouts but thank goodness that doesn't happen anymore. Only a few p&p's now that are easy enough to deal with. Hey, I'm not sure that th...

Hi Mikey Thanks for posting your progress with the ZZ. I too found the area around my eyes became crinkly, plus my eye lids were really dry. I figured that was because I wasn't being really careful with the application of the ZZ and sometimes it got onto the outer areas of my eyes. Since I have made...

During the day, I apply a few drops of Rose Hip Oil to a damp face, after getting out of the shower. It feels really nice on my face and I would really recommend it. It's a natural product, so there's no worry about a long list of ingredients. Sometimes I also put Emu Oil over the Rose Hip Oil (once...

what kind of diet is the candida diet Hi Tiffany Here is a link to Bee Wilder's Candida Diet on Yahoo: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/candidasupport/ You do need to join the group to read the posts and files. It can be quite overwhelming at first, as there is a lot of info to read. The support from ...

Thanks Mikey. I'm glad we have been able to help eachother.

Well, I look forward to the ZZ reducing both p&p's and redness then. Yeay! Then it will be just the spider veins to tackle but at this point in time they are the least of my skin concerns.

Yes, I've thought about that Sandy. I've also asked several doctors about a possible link between the two but it appears to be in the unknown zone...or as has been suggested by one doctor...the too hard zone! Sometimes it feels like I'm going around in circles with this dreaded Rosacea. I'm pretty s...

I have been cooking with and eating virgin coconut oil for 5 months now, as part of Bee Wilder's Candida Diet (Yahoo). Here's an extract from her main article: "The right kind of fat is nature-made saturated fat, in spite of what we’ve been led to believe. It plays many important roles i...

Hi MightyMite (cute user name) Thanks for keeping an on-line journal, it really does help to read others experience. I have been using the ZZ ointment for almost 6 weeks now and have had horror breakouts, really deep p&p's - I have Rosacea. I thought I was through the worst of it a few days or s...
