How did you find out about demodex on the scalp?

Wwhat do you think about just using ZZ cream at night?

I thought the mites didn't like the dark and hid. So i thought if i washed in the dark i would get more of them. Stupid!?

Ill try ZZ morning and night i have also bought the soap not the seabuckthorn soap tho. Will this still be ok.
