I have not found anywhere that seabuckthorn oil kills demodex. No research papers at all. I would stick to sulfur and TTO soaps if I were you. I would not go risking it.

If you have acne rosacea (red dots, dry skin, itch, enlarged pores, red skin, skin crawling, etc.) then you can get rid of it using anti-mite treatments. ZZ is probably the safest treatment for it. My confusion is mostly whether it is the rosacea-mimic (demodicosis), that has had total cure. Or if it is acne that has total cure. I have been trying to find examples of people with my condition, and I mostly find people that had acne that cured themselves.

I don't know how you used half a ZZ can in 1 month... Perhaps you're not using enough. There are a lot of other things that effectively kill mites, but that is a decision you have to make.
