andy, i only use the z cream nightly and the acarid soap once daily, because its very drying to the skin. I moisurize during the day, and i am still dry, but not as much. It is a very effective cream, i am happy so far. good luck to you tamara

mitymite, I wanted to mention to you as well 1% hydrogen peroxide with a saturated solution of borax (applied to the face do not rinse) found this info. at http://www.earthclinic.com/cures/rosacea.html (a homeopathic solution)
