I stopped my glass of red wine for one month as an experiment and still had the same symtoms.

So back to candlelight and red wine for me.

I have the same problem and I use no moisturer due to my stubborn rosacea (it only gets redder)

Maybe just cut back to 1x per day, that's what I'm doing (my second week only)
