why do you think the maintainence program works better than the regular more invasive one?

Hey guys, I am 3.5 months into treatment, I do ZZ twice a day (after washing with sea buckthorn soap)...had GREAT results after about 3 months, then just like 2 days ago I had a break out on my left upper cheek...its weird cause I was doing really well...thought I wouldnt have to deal with anymore b...

now when I occasionally where a baseball hat, I put 100% tea tree oil around the rim (where it meets forehear and temples) with a tissue

it smells strong, but since it is spread out in a thin layer, its actually refreshing

it could have been all the sugar in the drinks

I wondered the same, when I used to wear a skull cap during winter last year, my temples and forehead broke out like CRZY

also, do you think the darkness made by hats on the scalp might cause the demodex to be out more often breeding, feeding, moving etc?

from what I read 2 years ago, the oil has to be virgin coconut oil, if it is not cold pressed or not virgin, it will lead to problems associated with saturated fat...but if it is, it will actually reduce LDL, stabilize blood sugar, fight off fungus infections etc the oil the government is talking ab...

the ZZ ointment lasts me 5-6 weeks, used twice a day, everyday on my entire face, and small portions of my neck

give betaine HCl a try before meals, you might have low stomach acid

Steve, how is your skin now?

I remember reading one of your posts on an acne forum, and you said the DS stuff cleared you, but then you had a bad breakout out of nowhere, has all this subsided now?

and what is your maintanence?

I would use ZZ twice a day, morning and night, worked great for me...unless its drying, it works fast this way...I am 2+ months in treatment, looking very clear

yeah, and also I dont think the hat is helping, it is trapping sweat on your hairline and probably temples as well...mites love that

hawaii, I am bumpier, but my dad is losing hair (thinning) since the dog...not sure its connected...my skin DOES get less bumpy when summer rolls along (less stress because I`m not in school, and less girl troubles )
