Walter recommened stop using it and just use the Z cream, which I did and it works fine for me. I wash with the Acarid soap for men and use the Z cream at night, watch my diet...

I have had to use a regular regimen of
Acarid soap and Z cream at night and
this works fine. I am also watching
what I eat. My thought is that the Z Cream
will be my regular regimen for life.

So what did you edit out Analise?
