Good Lord, Brady, you are quick! I'm not even finished with my rant about tone before you've answered one of my previous posts! Perhaps I missed something (or perhaps I'm yet again a perpertrator of misreading tone... go back and read your own post, stupid Kat), but it seemed as if Dr. Nase was bein...

tone, posts, and e-mails
Those reactions on Dr. Nase are because of is attitude, not because he is questioning our products... This is not specific to Walter or Dr. Nase's comments but something I have seen occurring on message boards and in e-mails lately. This latest incident has just reminded me of it. Walter and others...

Re: Geoffrey, where is your company?
I think it is silly to think that the Chinese are any different than Americans with regard to rosacea. Brady, We are talking about a population that has a vastly different lifestyle than Americans and a different genetic background than European Americans (i.e., American Caucasians of European ance...

Re: Geoffrey, where is your company?
I checked his site and you are right, he does not post any contact info. Now that is not wise, is it? From what I understand, Dr. Nase already gets flooded with e-mails, not counting all those posts on the yahoo boards asking for his personal attention. In contrast, I think it very wise for him not...

Flower, I believe that I am immune compromised....and that led to demodex getting out of control...which has led to my having longstanding extreme rosacea (and other) symptoms. And how did I get immune compromised? From taking antibiotics for 3 years as a teenager for mild acne. I have always belie...

Yes, I think yesterday was my third day of use. I'm currently using it only at night (continuing with my typical Metrogel/Elidel during the day) and am applying it VERY thinly - watering it down. On a somewhat side note... how does this stuff work on seborrheic dermititis? I know the zinc oxide will...

Crawling/tingling sensations
You know, i'm going to post this since it's been bothering me for a while. Many people report that they can feel the demodex mites crawling around and biting them. However, I'm pretty sure that's impossible. The mites are too small to be stimulating your nerves though movement or bites. Lest you dis...

Okay, so to be fair about his slow response, Dr. Nase was away for several weeks and didn't answer anyone. But he's made several posts since in the past two days since getting around to the demodex posts. While I can understand how people would still be upset over his attitude, he has gone from sayi...

Walter,
Thanks for the advice. I knoew the breakouts and the dryness somewhat were normal but the stinging/burning was not. I will hold off on everything for a few days, just use jojoba oil and moisturizers until things get better. Then I will ease back in with the zz cream like you said.

Well, at this point I'm having to take it day by day. After 7 full days of using the Acarid Foaming Cleanser in the morning, Fumanling (with metronidazole) in morning, Cetaphil face wash at night, and zz cream at night, I woke up today with everything feeling awful. I had an awful breakout of papule...

Okay, it's really only been a few days, and Dr. Nase has only posted a few comments (to anyone) during that time, so I'm still hopeful that he will post a reply on his own. Whatever his opinion, I'm really interested in knowing why he has it. He just usually gives a reason, and this time he didn't. ...

I know it's a much lower dosage, but I'd used Metrogel (.75% metronidazole) for a year with no problems. It may also be that my skin is SO dry that it just itches. It's gotten so dry - in less than a week! - that everything seems to be irritating it. I'm going to experiment with the products to see ...

Itching in daytime... related to Fumanling?
Okay, I know a lot of people have itching/burning early on in treatment. Most people have this itching at night, and the theory is that it's related to the increased demondex mite activity. So... here's my question. Yes, my skin is all irritated and red and icky. But I'm itching during the DAY. Is t...

Okay, I feel much better. I understand how his tone was upsetting - I was surprised by it too. I was just interpreting some responses on this post as: we're pissed about Nase's tone (okay, cool, got that, his tone was unmerited) -> we don't believe his methods (um... okay, I understand the things he...
