Hi Jewelz
I didn't change my pillow case every day. I didn't experience any hair loss or eyelash/eyebrow loss from using ZZ. Still worked for me.

Anyway, my face is going well, not perfect but what I can deal with. Family and friends notice that my face looks better. It feels be...

Thanks for the up-date, Andy. So glad to hear that things are mostly going well for you. I too would be interested in how you go with the X cream. I would however worry about putting too many creams on your face. Time will tell of course and best of luck. Oh, I apply ZZ at night only. I use Rose Hip...

I don't know if going to a sauna would draw the mites out quicker but I don't think heating your body up will help with the Rosacea part. If you do try it, let us know how it goes. I avoid saunas now.KEVING wrote:Would going to the sauna once a week draw the little mites out and beat them quicker.

Hi Kev Hey, you might not have seen an abundance of mites with your test because you have been using the ZZ for 4 months or more now? Perhaps the popuation has been reduced already? You didn't see ANY? Everyone is suppossed to have them, so that surprises me. As for the X cream...well...hang on to i...

Jen Yup its Benzyl Benzoate, not benzyl peroxide. I have been using it along with zcream for going on 3 weeks now and have been getting very good results, my face seems to be clear during the day and I have lost that red look after I eat, triggers seem to still be very small if any. BB is hydrophob...

Ah, I should have done some more reading of my own before posting what my local Pharmacist said. Perhaps he didn't hear me properly? It's always busy in there. Anyway, sorry to jump the gun on that one. I'll spend the time reading up now and will e-mail my Dad, who is a Pharmacist. At least it will ...

I don't want a topical antibiotic on my face. I did try Rosex Gel (Metrogel) but the effects wear off over time. I prefer a la natural stuff. ZZ is the closest I come to using a 'medicated' topical. Kev, it's really up to you, as to what you want to try. I can only give ideas/suggestions/recommendat...
