Ok thats me at six months and still not seeing much improvement. I just stopped for three days and then re started and my skin sort of cleared up in that time. I have done what you have said and im now using ZZ Cream at nights only. Not seeing any difference but i need to give it time.

I have conducted a test but couldn't see any mites, why is this?

Also what can i do with all the XMFL cream i have?
