My face looks even better since the last I posted. Update: I'm still improving :D I'm now consuming at least a gallon of water each day. Along with that, I'm also taking a multivitamin and fish oil capsules. I found that drinking 8 glasses of water a day greatly improved my skin. I have fewer and fewer breakouts, and my skin looks a lot healthier and fresh. Just throwing in my $0.02.

Hm, that's a little discouraging. I've been cutting down on how much ZZ I put on my face, but even that hasn't helped with my face drying and cracking. I guess I'll just have to use the packing tape! That seems to help a bit
