Kara, I would do a bowel cleanse first, then parasite cleanse, then liver. For many people that's enough to significatly improve their health, as long as they don't continue on with the habits that made them sick in the first place. The guy that heads up the Barefoot Herbalist forum at Curezone make...

Hey Brian. I really wish you all the best of luck with your own health and with your educational endeavors. You have such a great opportunity to be a different kind of doctor. Most if not all of modern western medical reseasrch is controlled by drug companies who have an in interest in the results o...

I just posted in reply to your private message, but I hadn't read this posting first. You really have to get off those medications. As I mentioned in my other post, check out a web site called curezone.com. The Z cream is great and will kill the mites, but you've compromised your immune system and g...

went off ZZ cream - update
I stopped the ZZ cream after only about a month and a half of use because I went on a homeopathic progam and couldn't use any products that contained mint or camphor during the treatment. I'm stll off the ZZ, since I'm still on the homeopathics. I think the immune issue is pretty important in all th...

CJ, thanks for your reply. I did have to use my moisturizer typically in the mornings, but noticed I would often get a bit itchier when I did, not sure why. I also think the ZZ is a great product. I haven't been in the forums for awhile because I actually had to stop it about a month ago when I went...

I've noticed the same thing. The rash around my nose healed pretty quickly, and there is only just a trace of redness there, kind of like a lot of tiny capillaries. I'm still getting the occasional zit, and they are usually pretty painful, but they clear. I'm still flaking a lot, so I assume this is...

Well..... thanks for your suggestion....I do appreciate your taking the time to reply, but I'm a health nut, and I don't spray chemicals of any kind in my home, especially not on my linens. I realize I'm a fringe dweller when it comes to this stuff, but there are many poisons in our environment, qui...

One month update and question about hygiene
So far so good with the ZZ. I think I will also order the shampoo & soap, just in case, but I'm not sure they're in my hair and elsewhere. Still, it might be wise to use it as a precaution. Still dry, but my skin seems to be adjusting. I have, however, taken a few "breaks" from it on s...

demodex in my dog, also hygiene
Hi Marla, thanks for your reply and suggestions. Since neither of us were tested, I can't be totally sure that my dog & I both have Demodex, but I suspect that to be the case. As to treating her with Frontline, she is a 15 1/2 year old yorkie who has been in kidney failure since at least last Oc...

thought this might be of interest. Could be coincidental, but I started showing rash symptoms after handling my mangey-looking old dog, and I found this site while searching the net:

Very dry, crepe-y skin couple weeks on ZZ, suggestions?
I've been on the ZZ cream about 2-3 weeks. My skin was pretty dry to begin with, I'm not a hardy, thick-skinned type. I've noticed more aging signs the past few years, anyway, (38 year old caucasian female), and now since using the cream, I'm noticing the creases around my mouth much more prominent,...

I'm only about a week into the treatment, so I don't feel particularly qualified to give advice, but just thought I'd share my personal experiences and opinions so far. I had some pretty similar symptoms to yours, minus the flushing and redness, but a few months ago got a red, pimply, itchy rash aro...

sulfur
It's the sulfur vapors from the cream - I make jewelry and oxidize my silver with something called "liver of sulfur" to turn it black to highlight details. (Smells pretty similar, too, but much stronger.) You can polish it off, it's just a surface oxide.

Thanks Walter, that's great news that I can use my own lotions occasionally during the day. I'll avoid anything but the ZZ at night, and I'm going to replace my make-up just in case. I'm trying to figure out how to kill mites in the brushes, though. Maybe washing them in one of your soaps. Fortunate...
