Generic Rosula NS!!

I just have to share that there is a generic version of the Rosula NS pads that I am currently using. Im not sure about outside of the States but anyone who has a dryness and flakiness problem must try this stuff out. It basically just a pad that contains Sulfacetamide and Urea. The sulfacetamide in...

Re: Rosacea, laser and ZZ cream

I have been using the ZZ cream while getting laser treatments. My only thing is that Im mainly getting the skin around my eyes lasered because I have really noticable veins that I have no idea how they appeared. You will be fine. As for the metro, Im not sure cuz I only tried Finacea and I stopped u...

Re: I found a cure for the extreme flakiness caused by ZZ cream!

Here's the thing. I can not tolerate any kind of moisturizer on my face especially the XMFL cream. My skin is so rediculously oily that moisturizers just make everything worse. Honestly the Rosula NS pads are working great with the ZZ cream and there is no reason to stop becuase they inhibit bacteri...

Re: After 9 month treat.mites alive,question to Walter,Why?

So the treament did work right? But you stopped completely for 4 months and they came back? That pretty discouraging for me as well becuase I can't afford to use ZZ the rest of my life. They are other treatments but they are more toxic to your body. They can include oral Ivermectin, Permethrin lotio...

Re: 6 weeks - new breakouts - is that normal?

I have been using ZZ for a little over a month now and I have only had one cystic blemsish. I not using ZZ for acne though becuase I actually went on 2 full courses of Accutane! So I found it odd that I got the cystic pimple and I am hoping its becuase of the mites. I just have bad flushing and resi...

I found a cure for the extreme flakiness caused by ZZ cream!

I have a seborrheic component to my rosacea so my skin is flakey to begin with. I have tried Ketoconazole, Selenium Sulfide, and many other medications. They never worked. The only thing that helped was a sodium sulfcetamide and sulfur wash under the brand names Plexion and Rosula. The problem was t...

Is the DS shampoo required to rid yourself of mites?

Im am just using the ZZ cream on my entire face but I am also going to order some Eurax to use only on my ears becuase it is a more smoother cream and won't be such a pain to spread evenly on my ears. But is the shampoo required becuase I can't see myself paying 26$ for one bottle of shampoo. I do h...

How exactly does the DS shampoo kill mites?

I was just thinking about buying some but the ingredients just look like fancy herbs and extracts so Im wondering how it actually kills the mites and yeast.

Re: Has anyone tried Ivermectin or Perithemin?

Well I am only going to take one 6mg tab of Ivermectin so its not that big of a deal to my health. The thing is I read this regimine that requires you to only use Permethrin once a week as the new hatchlings surface and to use an antibiotic ointment afterwards. Im all for the ZZ cream but I figured ...

Re: Has anyone tried Ivermectin or Perithemin?

Ohh so Im supposed to mix the ZZ with water? What the hell, Im been smearing it on like shaving cream lately. How do you use the soap? I lather it in my hair to get a super foamy lather and then I rub the foam all over my head, face, and neck and leave it on for a good 3 or 4 minutes. Im really OCD ...

Re: Has anyone tried Ivermectin or Perithemin?

Thats my whole problem. My immune system has to be wacked out because I have gone on TWO courses of accutane along with years of antibiotics. Im only 23 now and I have been off the minocyclin/doxy for at least 2 years now but I know I have demodex. I have been suffering from ocular rosacea and flush...

Has anyone tried Ivermectin or Perithemin?

I was just wondering becuase Im thinking of going on a course of Ivermectin and also using a Perithemin cream with the ZZ. I would switch them off day to day I guess. I plan on asking my Derm pretty soon.

Is the cosmetic fumling enough to work also?

If I use the ZZ cream will the cosmetic fumling be as effective as the other kind except without the Metro. I never tolerated Metro very well and even though Azleic Acid yielded better results for me it still itched and burned every time I applied it and so I eventually just stopped. How different a...

I think maybe the ZZ also kills yeast very effectively

I've never had papular rosacea and I have never tested for mites. I just have severe flushing, overall inflammation, and a seborrheic component. I tried many SD products but they never got rid of the inflammation on my nose and cheeks so I've been using the ZZ cream and soap for almost 2 weeks now a...
