Inbound Customs Problem

Hey Walter, I've been using your products for a couple months now with good success. A recent order I've placed seems to be held up in customs for an unusually long period of time, however. I sent USPS an e-mail asking what might be the hold up. Normally your products arrive within a week, week and a half. It has now been 20 days (as of tomorrow). Any idea what I should do?
