ZZ cream not useable

Dear walter,

3 weeks ago I orderd 3 zz creams. Yesterday I opened one of these, and I detected that there was no silver liner to cover the cream. The zz was totally dried out and I cannot use it.
The other two creams are ok. What can we do?
