Yeah, all is very good now. I still use ZZ once every other night. And the acarid soap bar twice a day. I rarely get even a single pimple, and when I do it goes away fast. Sometimes stress, not getting enough sleep, or poor hygiene causes me to get a pimple or two. But it's rare. I did have a set-ba...

How about just using a clean wash cloth? That's what I use, I dampen a corner of it every morning, once a day, and gently rub the dead skin off my face. Cheap, and it works just fine. I once did that, but I found it too irritating. I wasn't scrubbing all that hard, either. I just have very sensitiv...

Great results in such a short period of time! Very good. I was confused by the dates shown in the photos. Then I realized that the month and day were switched compared to what we use in the States. Haha. I keep forgetting that most of the world does it differently than we do. Steve Austin, Texas USA

I tend to shave in the morning. And I used the soap bar instead of the foaming face wash both times. But aside from that, there's no difference between what you described and what I used for my routine when I was first using the products. (I'm now on the maintenance plan.) Yeah, apply whatever cream...

Re: Heat and Humidity
It could just be a coincidence. It's hard to say what really triggers acne flare-ups. You might think it's one thing, but later on you may change your mind and think it's something else. It's tricky. And if you've only been on ZZ for one month, it is very possible you're still not yet done with the ...

Oh, and by the way, I forgot to mention the real reason why I said dermatitis is more curable than rosacea. If rosacea is indeed caused by demodex mites, you have to realize that those mites come back. It's not a case where you can just kill them all and you're done. So it's better to have something...

Yeah, if you are peeling away more than just your dead skin cells on the surface of your face, then you are damaging your skin. Stop. That might actually age your skin faster if you attack living skin instead of just peeling away dead skin. I saw figures of thousands of dollars for professional peel...

Re: Can pets (dogs) make it worse?
Yes. I think they can carry demodex mites. And obviously you're not going to get rid of your dog just because of that. That would be insane. What you can do instead is to make sure that you wash your face after it comes into contact with your dog. And it's okay to touch your dog with your hands, but...

I thought that rosacea was caused by demodex? Not always. There are other causes for rosacea from what I gather. Like the idea that one form of rosacea might be due to a problem with capillaries near the skin or something. There are also multiple causes for acne-like appearances which may or may no...

Sorry, I don't buy it. Peels are just superficial and only affect the dead skin at the top-most layer of your skin. They don't extend to lower layers. And they don't extend down into the pores themselves. The pores are where the bacteria and mites live. And as for wrinkles, peels really aren't going...

Yes, put it on your entire face to be certain you kill all the mites. It's tempting just to put it on the areas that are showing up red now, but the thing is that the mites will just move from those areas to other areas on your face. So to be safe, you should treat your entire face including your no...

Ah, good thing you went to your doctor, then. Dermatitis is curable I believe. So your prognosis is much better than if you have rosacea. Clindamycin is also used to treat acne. I hate antibiotics, though. I hope you're not going to be on them for a long time. They tend to really mess my intestines ...
