You want the one with metronidazole. That's the "treatment" version of Xin Fumanling cream. There's another type of Xin Fumanling cream without metronidazole, and that's the "maintenance" version (for when you're already clear).

You might want to try Xin Fumanling with metronidazole. I think metronidazole is prescribed for rosacea. And XFML is good as a moisturizer. You could use it in the morning instead of ZZ.

And 5 weeks is too soon to see any improvement.
