I started ZZ from last year in june 17or 18.

2years ago, I took accutane for treatng acne and it looked cured, so I used ZZ for prevention acne.

I used zz morning and night. I tryed to use XFML and it worked well for 2,3days but after that I got more acne, so I decided to use ZZ.

Recently I have pmles more than before.
And dryness still continues.so I tryed to mixed aloejell but it dose not work well for acne.

I know accutane have possibility of retune acne.
I used ZZ for 1 year.

so does my acne is caused by any thing other else except for demodex ?

If you used the ZZ regularly for one year then the mites should be gone,
two possibilities, or you are constantly re-infected by somebody, or your acne is pure bacterial and not because of demodex mites (10 to 20%), hard to tell without a test.
What kind of acne do you have?

Recently, I donot touch other's skin.

My ace looks like a heat rash.

small red spots are in my forehead, nose, around mouth.

And I forgot to write a important thing.

I am in foreign country since last month, and my skin went worse before departure or thereabout.

I'll bet you touched a lot of escalator rails and elevator buttons to get there, no? Did you use your hands to hold up your chin while waiting on line to get tickets and such? Did you rub your forehead or scratch your nose as you waited for your turn at various ticketing counters?

Head supports on the travel seats? Any potential there for infestation?

Keep the products between you and "them."

I surely did re-infection in the way to going abroad.

I had a good period from last June till last December.

I had a few pimples around January. But When I applied much ZZ,

these pimples gone away soon.

I am gettting better than before 2,3days by applying ZZ intensively.

Can I use ZZ from now on ?

Excellent. I am happy for you. Remember when we had nothing to fight the pimples? All my life, I thought there must be something to fix acne.

Things people told me about my acne:
- It will go away by itself.
- It will go away after my teen years.
- It will go away in my twenties.
- They named family members who had acne and told me that they still get pimples.
- It will go away when I get older.
- It will go away in my fifties.

My acne did go away when I got older and found these products. Now my acne is gone.
