i still think you are using way too much for your skin. wet your face, and then touch your finger to the zz cream, and spread it around your face. it should be totally invisible. only a teeny bit.
stay away from the really dry areas for a day or two till they calm down. did you use the tape?

i had several periods like this. do like walter says....use very little. better to do this every day than use the coconut oil .
ups and downs are to be expected, with each period yeilding further incremental results.
it is too early to give up....hang in there!!

yes, the whiteheads are tiny and not connected to a festering underground infection. if they are white, pop them and apply z creme to them.they should quickly disappear...but dont fool with them during the day!
