If I can't use ZZ cream twice a day, would it be better to use the XMFL in the morning than using a regular lotion? I know that using ZZ twice a day is probably ideal and it leads to faster results but I can't do that and I'm just wondering if XMFL could be better...

didn't notice this thread before. oops well i guess i will join in updating too since i just started! :) This is my third day and I've experienced more redness and intense freaking itching!! I'd occasionally get these whitish red lumps that would be there for a couple minutes or so and just go away....
