i have used this treatment on my dog to rid him of demodex...1 part hyd peroxide and and 3 parts water, and then saturate with borax use twice a week, and leave it on (dont rinse off)...its supposed to be a great way to get rid of the mites...though i heard it does so partially by altering the dog's...

this may sound weird, but sex seems to trigger small break outs with me as does certain high protein foods (like raw tuna, or cheese)

I am 6 months into treatment now, skin is much better overall...improvements keeping coming...hopefully sex-acne will stop as well

maybe the herpes is restricting your immune system, possibly at the skin level, allowing the mites to proliferate...are your breakouts around the same time as your herpes out breaks?

also, you might be re-infesting yourself with a pet, or dirty sheets/clothing?

Hey guys, skin is doing great...noticed that some foods might still give me a little break out (like cheese), not sure why, it doesnt make my skin oily or anything...is it a problem with protein digestion? also the trouble spots (well they were trouble spots before) still have signs that they might ...

I noticed in your older posts that Vit C really helped you, I consume ester-c twice a day (powder form in water, about 4g each time)...havent noticed much on scarring

do you apply i directly to the scar? if so, what do you mix it with etc?

i find avoiding cheese and too much tuna keeps my skin clear (perhaps has something to do with the protein?)

but whey protein powders do not affect me negatively
