use my advice:
only cream ZZ, wash skin only spring water. Do not use different cosmetics. Do not use soap - ONLY WATER and CREAM ZZ

It washes I skin mineral water and ZZ lubricates cream lightly. I use 1 - 2 x on day. I do 3 week so.
