Any left over dryness after that is easily hidden with XFML cream or a regular moisturizer.

I think the XFML cream has 3% metronidazole. Whereas most prescription metrogels contain something like 0.5%, far less than what you get in XFML. So I'm thinking you're not really benefitting from taking the Metrogel. Better to just use XFML from now on instead.
